    2007年，自 Aquaguard®  兩(liang) 塗層水性塗料技術體(ti) 係從(cong) 美國引進至中國，經過十年的曆練，在集裝箱製造領域水性漆塗裝拉開序幕的今天，威士伯水性漆再次譜寫(xie) 了新的篇章。
    In 2007, Aquaguard® two-coat waterborne coating technology was introduced to the container industry in China.  Ten years later, the innovative Valspar low VOC technology started a new chapter when the majority of the container manufacturing market made a commitment to waterborne coatings.

    Ten years can be viewed as both a brief and yet significant amount of time.  Brief in that ten years is but a moment in the history of mankind.  Significant in that Valspar Aquaguard® technology was able to establish waterborne coatings as an environmentally friendly viable alternative to an industry in need of sustainable solutions.

    8月8日，威士伯 Aquaguard® 兩(liang) 塗層水性塗料體(ti) 係在青島新華昌集裝箱生產(chan) 線完成400台20呎標準集裝箱試驗測試，在青島新華昌的大力配合和威士伯集裝箱團隊的共同努力下，完美通過水密驗收標準，外觀質量達到箱東(dong) 嚴(yan) 苛的驗收標準，得到了箱東(dong) 及箱廠的高度認可。
    On August 8, 2017,  Aquaguard® two-coat waterborne coating products were applied to 400 twenty foot standard dry cargo units at the CXIC Qingdao container manufacturing site.  Mutually supported by both CXIC Qingdao and the field Valspar team, the recently enhanced Aquaguard platform passed several different inspectors’ evaluation criteria for minimizing pinholes in both the primer and respective topcoats.  In addition, Aquaguard’s latest formulation also passed various field applied water spray tests when evaluated after a three day test period.

    With the most recent product improvements, Valspar two-coat waterborne technology is poised to once again become the industry leader in corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and long term protection performance.  Specifically, we have documented the following improvements:

    無論底漆、外麵漆和內(nei) 麵漆，針孔水平均可控製在較高水平，得到箱廠以及箱東(dong) 的一致好評。
    The improved appearance of the pinholes could be controlled in all products including the interior and exterior primers as well as the interior and exterior topcoats.  The appearance of all coatings met with the approval of the factory, the inspectors, and purchasers of the containers. 

    Aquaguard® 通過了目前集裝箱行業(ye) 最嚴(yan) 苛的水密試驗，噴水後密閉三天開箱檢查，箱內(nei) 無鏽蝕產(chan) 生，遠超行業(ye) 檢查標準。同時，全程采用溫濕度監控。
    Using a proper cure cycle, the Valspar Aquaguard® platform passed the most rigorous water spray test in the current container industry.  After water was applied inside the respective containers, the units were sealed for three days.  Upon completion, the containers were evaluated and no corrosion was found on the inspected units.  To help support quality control efforts, the temperature and humidity were closely monitored and documented throughout the testing period.
